Process
equipment repair
Levern have successfully refurbished a wide variety of process
equipment using the ARC composite system including ABS Scan
pumps, Centrifugal end suction pumps, split case pumps, water
screws, valves and fans. The cost of refurbishment is frequently
only 50-60% of the price of new equipment, achieving longer

Vacuum
pump repair
When vacuum pumps are worn, capacity is reduced and the
power requirement increases. Using the ARC Composite refurbishment
system, Levern have documented savings of 25-30% in kW consumption
per hour, which corresponds to annual savings of 150,000 - 300,000
kWh. Further savings are achieved through increased capacity
